By using Pickpile you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for what you post from your account.
Pickpile lets you write reviews and comments and share them with friends you have accepted. You keep ownership of what you write. You grant us the limited right to store and display it to the friends you have chosen, so the app can work.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on Pickpile. You may not post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, violent, spam, or that infringes someone else's rights. Accounts that do are removed.
Every review and comment written by someone else can be reported from inside the app (long-press the post or comment → Report), and any account can be blocked from the same menu. We review reports, remove content that breaks these terms, and suspend or delete repeat offenders. Blocking someone hides their content from you and yours from them immediately.
You can see and undo your blocks in Settings → Safety → Blocked accounts.
Your handle is chosen once and cannot be changed afterwards. Don't impersonate other people or pick a handle you have no right to use. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account.
Film and series metadata, posters and streaming availability come from TMDb and its partners. Pickpile is not endorsed or certified by TMDb. Pickpile does not host or stream any video content.
Pickpile is free and funded by ads. Don't attempt to interfere with ad delivery.
Pickpile is provided "as is", without warranties. We may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, in particular the zero-tolerance rule above.
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version.
